Installing EA Connector for Confluence


  1. Ensure that Enterprise Architect is installed on the PC where you are going to install the add-in, and that you're going to install the product logged with the same user who installed Enterprise Architect.

  2. Execute the product installation file (EAConnector4Confluence.exe). In Windows Vista/7/8, run the installer with elevated permissions by right clicking on the installation file and selecting the "Run as administrator" option.

  3. Select the language for the installer and click "OK"

  4. Click "Next"



  5. If EA.exe not in the default path (C:\Program Files (x86)\Sparx Systems\EA), select the folder where EA.exe.


6. Select the folder where the logs files will be created.

 

7. Review the License Agreement, select "I agree…" if appropriate then click on "Next" to continue.

 

8. Click "Next" to start the installation process.


 

9. Click "Finish" to complete the installation.

 11. Once the installation is finished, you should activate the product using the "Extensions | EA Connector for Confluence | Enter License" menu:

 

Uninstalling EA Connector for Confluence


You can uninstall 'EA Connector for Confluence" from the "Programs and Features" section in the Windows "Control Panel".


  1. Selecting to uninstall the add-in will show the following window:




  2. Clicking "Next" will launch the uninstallation process. Once complete, the following window will be displayed:



  3. Click "Finish". The add-in is now uninstalled from your system.
