Release Notes 4.9.1

This version includes some security updates and solved a problem that was causing that the user picker field wasn't saving the values.

In this release we wanted to do Profields a bit better and useful, this version includes:

Permissions: now when you select the "Edit" permission on a field also implies the "View" permissions.
REST API: added the function to get the project fields used in an specific project.
[Fixed] The user picker field didn't work properly when changing the username
[Fixed] User avatar wasn't shown fine on the History screen
[Fixed] The column selector was closing unexpectly on the Project Navigator.
