Organizing project fields

In this section, you will learn how to use Project Navigator, one of the main Profields Cloud's functionalities. On this screen, you will be able to search, order, and filter information about your JIRA projects, enhancing that search with our Profields Custom fields.

If you are used to Jira's Issue Navigator, you'll find Project Navigator familiar. At the moment is divided into 2 sections:

  1. The Search Section: where you can search through every Project field available. 

(At the moment is not possible to filter or search through "Category" due to changes in Atlassian API: https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/jira/platform/rest/v3/#api-group-Project-categories)

       2. The Results section: where you can see the results of your filters and search. You can also add more columns to the results and order every column. 



Adding columns to the table of results

  1. In the Results section, click on thebutton at the top-right corner of the table.
  2. From the drop-down list, select the field you want to include in the table. You can also search for a specific field by typing in the text box.
  3. Click Update.
